Personal Training Options and Fees
- 30 minute PT session: $35.00
- 3 Pack PT: $105.00 (30 minutes each session)
- 5 Pack PT: $175 (30 minutes each session)
- 10 Pack PT: $350.00 (30 minutes each session)
- Direct Debit Options: 1 per week ($70 fortnightly) 2 PT per week ($140 fortnightly) 1 PT per Fortnight ($35 per fortnight).

Clients can expect an engaged and attentive trainer who is genuinely invested in their goals, tailoring each session to suit their individual needs. Firm but fair, Kristy will push you when needed while understanding the demands of life outside the gym, focusing on balance, consistency, and realistic expectations.
Josh
A coaching style that is structured, evidence-based, and results-driven, with a strong focus on proper technique and long-term progression. Clients can expect tailored programs, clear technical guidance, safe and effective training, and ongoing accountability.
Emma M
Emma works with beginners through to experienced lifters, with a strong passion for helping those who may feel intimidated when starting their fitness journey. With a background in primary teaching, Emma’s coaching style is patient, supportive, and clear so clients feel confident, comfortable, and empowered in the gym.
