Dakota loves working with new clients and helping them fall in love with strength and fitness. No matter if you’re a beginner or an athlete, everyone started somewhere including herself and she aims to help make it as comfortable and fun as possible! Dakota played district basketball for 15 years and understand how different aspects of fitness can assist with chosen sports. She is keen on working with those who want to improve in their sport endeavours. From Strength to Starting out, I want to help!
