Suitable for people managing injury or disability, the STARplex Swim Centre Hydrotherapy Program is an excellent way to start or enhance any injury rehabilitation.

Various physiotherapists bring their clients into STARplex Swim Centre for Hydrotherapy, and we also have many clients who undertake their own personal therapy regularly. Many clients undertake their own personal therapy regularly. Clients have access to the necessary equipment and an exclusive pool area enabling them to concentrate on their hydrotherapy without interruption.
