Suitable for people managing injury or disability, the STARplex Swim Centre Hydrotherapy Program is an excellent way to start or enhance any injury rehabilitation.

The program is delivered by local physiotherapists in a safe and secure environment. Many clients undertake their own personal therapy regularly with the assistance of our friendly and qualified lifeguards. Clients have access to the necessary equipment and an exclusive pool area enabling them to concentrate on their hydrotherapy without interruption.
