"Hard work has always been part of who I am. As a young teenager, I attended aerobics classes most days and dreamed of one day becoming an instructor myself. That early passion for movement and group fitness shaped the career I’ve built today and continues to drive my enthusiasm for helping others feel strong and capable."

KRISTY SPECIALISES IN
Helping people achieve their goals by allowing them to realise what they are capable of.  I specialise in functional and strength training and love a good boxing session! I also enjoy seeing my clients push themselves in a strong interval training session.  I have worked with many clients over my 15 years as a PT, all from different walks of life, abilities and disabilities, I'm willing to take it all on!

WHAT CAN CLIENTS EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH KRISTY
Clients can expect a trainer who is engaged, attentive, and genuinely invested in their goals, tailoring sessions accordingly.

Kristy’s coaching style is firm but fair - “I will push you when needed, while also understanding that life outside the gym can be busy and demanding. I believe in balance, consistency, and realistic expectations.”

“One of my greatest rewards as a trainer is seeing clients achieve wins beyond the gym, whether it’s increased confidence, improved energy, better mental health, or accomplishing something in their personal lives that once felt out of reach.”
