Customer Engagement Officer

The STARplex Customer Engagement team are at the front of the centre, and work in a fast-paced, customer centric team, to deliver high-quality service. To be an advocate for STARplex services and develop the ability to recommend and assist our visitors with the programs and services that suit them.

Reformer Pilates Instructors

Join our Reformer Pilates Studio team!

We are seeking Certified Reformer Pilates Instructors to be available for regular shifts and/or assist with cover of classes across 7 days. 

Morning and evening timeslots available. New instructors are encouraged to apply.

Are you a Personal Trainer that is looking to grow as an exercise professional? We are looking for highly motivated team members that can deliver individualised 1:1 personal training sessions, assist new members on their health & fitness journey, and lead group sessions in a fun, encouraging environment.

Swimming Instructors

We are seeking qualified Swim Instructors to join our team!

  • Minimum age is 16 years
  • Year-round work (7-day flexible roster)
  • Shifts include weekdays 3.30pm – 6pm, Sat 8.30am – 12noon, Sun 9am – 12noon
  • Opportunity to train further in pool lifeguard

Gymnastics Coaches

We offer several Gymnastics Programs with high demand and calling out for interested coaches to join our team.
