Sammy’s Survival Skills! Water Safety Program!

Make sure your child is ready for the summer swimming!

STARplex Swim School is offering a 4-day Water Safety Holiday Swimming Program. This program has been designed to teach children of all abilities from babies to school age about water dangers, self-rescue techniques and vital survival skills.  

Whether your child is confident or new to the water this program will deliver important life skills, as well as keeping them active and entertained during the holidays regardless of the weather outside.

When: Tuesday 7th – Friday 10th October (School Holidays)

Age Groups & Times Offered:

  • Babies (6 – 18 months + 18months – 3 years)
    Time: 11.00am – 11.30am 
    Price: $60 per child (4 days, 30-minute classes)
     
  • 3 – 4 Years
    Time: 11.00am – 11.30am
    Price: $60 per child (4 days, 30-minute classes)
     
  • 5 – 8 Years
    Time: 10am – 11am
    Price: $75 per child (4 days, 60-minute classes)
     
  • 9+ Years 
    Time: 10am – 11am
    Price: $75 per child (4 days, 60-minute classes)

**Please Note - STARplex is an Accredited Watch Around Water centre and as such:

Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied in the water by a responsible person (aged 16 years min.) within arms reach (in and out of the water) at all times.

Children under the age of 10 years must by actively supervised by a responsible person (aged 16 years min)

A child of limited swimming ability and or reliant on a flotation aid much be accompanied in the water by a responsible person (aged 16 years) regardless of the child's age.
