  • Current direct debit members cannot cancel and transfer to direct debit sale membership
  • Clients on current upfront membership can renew onto sale if expire before November 30th unless they wish to forfeit remainder of upfront period post November 30th
  • Current direct debit members can cancel and renew onto upfront options (excluding locked in contracts with more than 4 weeks left)
