"My passion for training began after sustaining multiple soft-tissue injuries while playing football. Rehabilitation led me into strength training, where I developed a strong interest in bodybuilding and powerlifting.
That experience shaped my coaching philosophy — I aim to help clients build strong, resilient bodies that perform well and stay injury-free. My goal is to help clients not only achieve results, but also feel confident, capable, and educated in their training.
I have competed in powerlifting competitions and have won multiple events, which fuels my dedication to helping others reach their potential."

JOSH SPECIALISES IN
Muscle building, weight loss, strength training, and strength & conditioning. I also have a strong focus on injury prevention and management, as well as athletic development.
I enjoy working with clients of all experience levels, from beginners building confidence in the gym, to experienced lifters and athletes looking to improve performance. I have also worked with people of all ages and individuals with disabilities, tailoring training to suit each client’s needs and abilities.
