Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Looking for the perfect gift? Why not give the gift of STARplex dollars towards your loved one's swimming or gymnastics lessons. Gift vouchers can be purchased in-person at STARplex. 

  • Valid only for the program specified on the voucher: Learn to Swim or Gymnastics (Direct Debit Children’s Programs).
  • Vouchers must be redeemed in person at STARplex reception, and the physical voucher must be presented.
  • If the child is not currently enrolled in a Direct Debit program, enrolment is subject to availability, and a $12 administration fee may apply.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Expiry period 3 years from date of issue.
  • Purchasers must have a Perfect Gym (Client Portal) account at the time of purchase.

  • When used, if the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid before product will be made available to client.
  • Vouchers are not transferable once redeemed.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • STARplex reserves the right to replace these terms and conditions from time to time, including to introduce new fees or alter product pricing.
