How can I pay for my gymnastics sessions in 2021?

All gymnastics enrolment fees will be payable via Direct Debit only from the beginning of Term 1 2021.

Is there a minimum enrolment period?

Minimum enrolment period is four (4) weeks allowing for more flexibility as previous enrolments were required to pay a full term in advance.

What happens if our family needs an additional break for School Holidays? (I.e. we are going away)

Each Gymnastics enrolment comes with two weeks of voluntary suspension each year, which means you can suspend for a two week period without financial penalty whilst retaining your spot in your allocated session.

What if my child gets injured or is unwell?

We will offer a medical suspension if a medical certificate is presented after two or more consecutive lessons are missed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Gymnastics enrolments can be cancelled at any time after the initial four week period, provided we receive two weeks’ notice.

Can we change our lesson day or time?

Yes, you can change as often as you require. However, spots are limited in our program so we cannot guarantee your desired day and time is available.

How do I enrol for Term 1?

Please see our reception team as of Monday December 7th 2020 to complete an enrolment form and new direct debit form.
