STARplex Fitness Centre Member of the Month

Terms and Conditions

STARplex Member of the Month is a Community Initiative to engage members within the STARplex Community. To celebrate member achievements and to inspire others, while highlighting the services provided to the vast range of demographics attending STARplex Fitness Centre.

STARplex members and staff can nominate a Fitness Centre Member by completing website or in-club nomination form.

All details on nomination form must be completed to ensure the entry is considered – Full Name of nominated member, What inspires you about this member? Why do you think this member is a good candidate for STARplex MOTM?

Nominator can include their details or remain anonymous.

At the end of each calendar month all nominations will be considered by Management and a winner selected. Management decisions are final.

Winner will be contacted and must agree to answering some questions and having a photo for STARplex Advertising purposes.

Winner will receive a gift + 2 weeks FREE Fitness Centre Membership.

Only the nominator(s) of the Member of the Month Winner will receive a coffee voucher once winner has been announced. Please Note: One voucher per person, per month. You must add your name and contact details in the nomination form to receive voucher.
