Current Fitness Centre members are not eligible to transfer onto the Direct Debit Membership offer. 

Current Fitness Centre members on Direct Debit (excluding locked in) can opt out of their current direct debit membership to take up the Upfront Membership offer providing it is not a downgrade of membership type i.e. Cannot move from Full Club D/D to Gym Only Upfront 

Locked in 12 months (26 payments Direct Debit) 

No Joining Fee

$12 Admin Fee upon joining

No suspension unless medical with a certificate
